Excellent customer service and very helpful. van in good condition and got on the road quickly. had tiny issues on the way but thanks to the 24/7 number i also got quick help cause luckly i was in a remote area. any time again!

I had the worst renting experience at this Britz location around Sydney airport. We had a reservation of 9AM and our campervan wasn't already until 2PM, it is a FIVE hour delay. The worst of all, the agents are very rude, they never apologized for the delay and they think it is previous customer's fault not returning the campervan in time. This just completely screwed up our planned trip. I can imagine unexpected things happen for all the rental companies, but typically they accommodate customers with what they have including free upgrade. With tens of campervans parked in this yard, they said they can't do anything and have to wait for the "one" to be returned. I have rented campervans several times from Apollo and Britz in other cities, this is the worst and the most ridiculous experience I have. I definitely don't recommend this place. They may have some deals, but it is definitely not worth the risk of messing up your whole trip.

Terrible contract terms all completely in favour of Britz. Yes, they have terms and conditions, as they should, however they are very unreasonable. I suggest using a different rental agency.
