1/3 I had Dr. Hayes and she was very warm and friendly and gave me lots of good information. I would definitely recommend her to any young woman. The front desk staff however spent time talking loudly to each other about personal issues and events. I felt ignored and not welcomed at all by them. Made to wait for 1.5hrs which I can understand because it's a doctors office in the middle of the day and that's to be expected but I wasn't notified of how long I would be waiting.

3/3 Helpful staff, trying to slot me in as soon as possible. Excellent doctor, brisk and straight to the point. Recommended.
