0/3 Rude staff. Terrible service. I called to make an appointment and was very abruptly told, "No you may not make a booking". That's it. No explanation, Just outright refusal. Stay far far away.

0/3 Worst customer service I have ever experienced from the receptionist. The doctor is up to great standards. But if you want to be spoken to in a rude and abrupt manner give the reception staff a call. 0/5 for customer service. Horrible.....
