I will think twice before going with this mob, Do your home work check price from other panel beating shop. Bumpertec is definately not cheap, may be they are at some job but not very reliable, they do not give u a invoice with their ABN number, all cash in hand and very poor warrenty service. Just to save few bucks one should bettre stick to proper place who will give u a receipt with ABN number etc. ATO need to keep an eye on this Mob.

RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL; Steer clear of the Brisbane Office An appointment was made with Bumpertech Qld for a technican to come to my premises to have a quote for repairs. The technican did not turn up and when I contacted the office I was advised that the technican came early and didn't want to hang around. I explained that my partner had to pick up kids and that is why the arrangement was made for the appointment time we had. I advised the person on the phone that we didn't receive a phone call and basically was told that was a load of crap that the technican would have rang. I simply said my partner didn't receive a call and then the person on the phone said if your going to be rude then take your business to a panel beater then to which I stated, I wasn't being rude I was merely advising you that my partner didn't receive a phone call and it would have been nice to have got a phone call to say he would be early. With this the person from Bumpertech hung up. If this is the type of business they are then people take your business somewhere else!

The service provided by Bumpertech was excellent. Couldn't fault them on one aspect, the quote I received was honored and was by far the most inexpensive compared to brick and mortar stores, so eagerly sought out their business. My car was completely fixed of all dents and scratches by the end of the day, with friendly, personable staff and the paint matched perfectly. It was a sparkly silver, which from previous experience, is a hard paint to match without it looking like a home job. Would recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired.
