Bunnings Mascot

Its a good bunnings however the car park is woeful, totally hard to get a spot and the traffic jams this causes is so frustrating. Alexandria down the road is alot easier for parking!

Not quite easy to find. But it has a huge space and large amount of stocks. The staff are nice and helpful there. Always helping me finding what I want quickly.

THis bunnings might not be as swish as the new one in Alexandria but the people here are much more knowledgeable. Recently we moved into a new place and needed help in our garden as well as a furniture restoration project. On the weekend, there is a horticulturalist by the name of brad who is just amazing. Not only was he extremely patient with us (we were so clueless) but he was also able to explain the scientific rationale behind his tips and tricks! and he did it in such a friendly and helpful way too! thanks to him, our veggie patch is looking great. there was also 2 other really helpful guys in the paint department who restore furniture in their free time. They pretty much held our hands through our furniture restoration project and we owe our now almost complete dining set to their advice and tips. PLus, i've never had a problem with things being out of stock here. Whereas, experienced this problem in the randwick bunnings (completely out of sand paper!!) and alexandria (out of 400 grit sand paper). It takes us 5 more minutes to travel to this one as opposed to alexandria which is really no time at all esp if you get everything you want

When you're undertaking renovations or you've got a few odd jobs to do around the house Bunnings is probably the place you'll end up heading to. Despite being a bit out of the way, Bunnings Warehouse at Mascot has an awesome range and makes it worth the trip. I often find myself browsing and buying odds and ends for my garden or around the house, and the staff are usually quite knowledgeable which is useful as I'm not much of a handyman, myself. Regular sausage sizzles on Saturday make for a feel-good snack since they are run by community charities and you can't go past a good sausage sizzle now, can you?

Staff Product knowledge has got that bad at bunnings that they are instructed to walk around saying "hi how are you " & "hello " to make you feel warm and fuzzy while search endlessly for what your after - dont ask them for help , theyve got less idea than you , hence they offer the luvvy warm greetings at every opp cos they have no idea .........
