Bunnings Warehouse, 450 Stafford Road, Stafford

I went to buy a single door pantry. Firstly directed to the back of the store enquired as to where they might be. Not there then directed to the front of the store not there then directed back to the back of the store. The assistant ask then for a product number or size I had a product name which I had read on the web site suggest that he might look up the same. He did not bother to look but said it was a promotional product and they didn't have any. All without either looking on the computer or anywhere in the store. Service laughable. Product placement doesn't exist. I guess if it's easy and in reach then their okay. But to actually have to look for something is obviously beyond their understanding. I'll keep to my local mitre 10 thank you and to Bretts for bigger items.

I went into Stafford Bunnings for some replacement screws. One of the staff not only helped me find the closest ones suitable but also cut them down to the correct size. As a mother of two under two and on my own this was such a huge help!!! I was able to put the change table up straightaway!! Thank you so much I will definitely be back.

Out of all the Bunnings stores I've been to, this is by far the best for range.
