Busy Beaver Melbourne Airport Parking

WARNING - THESE PEOPLE DON'T DELIVER WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! I paid for Busy Beaver Airport Parking (Undercover) Valet as listed on both my tax invoice and booking, but when I went to pick my car up, I discovered that it was outdoor undercover the whole time. The pricing for which is listed quite separately on their web site. I had my car sitting in the full western sun all afternoon, so when I picked it up, it was like getting into an oven. I will NEVER use them again. Don't trust them unless you are prepared to sit and wait and watch them park your car underneath when that's what you paid for.

We have used Busy Beaver Airport Parking twice now and I would not use any other airport parking company. Both times we had amazing service from ALL staff from check in to transfer through to our return. All the staff are friendly, smile and make you feel happy that you are about to take your trip away. Return pick up is extremely efficient and we did not wait longer then 5 minutes after phoning in both cases. I thoroughly recommend this company, it is one of the few companies I have dealt with in Australia that are clearly focused on providing excellent customer service. Thank you.

I used this service via RACV discounted pricing. I got the the lot very close to the time my plane took off and was close to missing my flight. The van driver broke a few rules to get me to the Tiger terminal with 2 minutes to spare. I cannot thank you enough for the excellent service and for allowing me to catch my flight!!!

Such great value and convenience. I used Busy Beaver for a recent Gold Coast Trip, and their service was fantastic. There was no wait from dropping the car off, to being in the shuttle on the short drive to the airport. Very friendly staff. Will use again.

I have used them atleast 4 times now, make use of the docket deals, make sure you docket deals are valid though. I find the service very good and pleasant. I have had my car washed and cleaned here, a fairly good job but not to the mark as you can get your car cleaned at any other place at that price. I find staff very courteous and welcoming, specially there is this man who drives the buses I will surely get his name the next time, talks to everyone on the bus and specially takes the stress off while you are travelling to the airport and welcoming when you get off the plane. Business end of things, cheaper than A1 or Andrews, but surely recommended, harder to find at first but will get used to it, make sure you allow another 20 mins on your travel time as you will need it when you park at Busy Beavers.
