BYOjet

With BYO I booked & paid for 2 tickets to China at weekend Later I was told tickets were not available. I have had great trouble trying to get a refund of $2500 paid by me. BYO online help desk was useless and no other contact was available. Overall BYO staff I dealt with were very unco operative and showed no understanding or sympathy at all for my position. I am still waiting to get a refund of my $2500. I have used numbers of other online agents previously and found them to be excellent. I would not recommend using BYO to anyone else I tried to save $50 and it has cost me considerably more than if I had of used another larger online agent I still have no tickets booked

I've read some scathing reviews of BYOjet but must say my experience has been all good. I've had no experience with other branches but the service I received from their Darwin office was professional, competent and staff were most helpful and courteous. Not only that but they got me unbeatable prices for some Aust - SE Asia tickets. I'll be using them again next year for sure and have no hesitation in recommending BYOjet Darwin office to others. Thanks BYOjet!

Very bad service. My ticket cancelled without my notice. Only find out when my money get returned into my bank account
