This is my favourite breakfast place in Surry Hills. The middle eastern menu has so many delicious flavours that I always struggle to decide what to order, even though I've tried pretty much everything. My hands down favourite is the baked eggs, beans and sucuk (a turkish chorizo) with herbed toast. It's warming, delicately spiced and so very delicious that the one time I was asked to share it I had to pretend I was getting the flu to decline. The hummus looks confusing on the menu ($16 for hummus? Really?) until you read down and realise that it comes with some excellent additions. I've had the lamb mince, with pine nuts and caramelised onions. It's served with za'tar (a herb toast bread thing) which is crunchy and not too doughy. It's a proper meal, which will keep you full for hours - and I'd probably be prepared to share it, which says nothing about the taste and everything about the portion size. The coffee is excellent and the service is generally great. I've only been here for dinner once, but it would make a nice date location. Definitely recommend.

Excellent middle-eastern themed cafe. The breakfasts are amazing and a fresh change from your standard poached eggs and toast.

Fantastic little place! Went here for a dinner a little while ago and loved it! Had delicious hummus and the mediterranean meat selection was a hit. Has a fantastic atmosphere too, definitely returning asap.
