Cafe Pacifico

This is the most authentic Tequila bar I have ever come across in Australia. The venue itself is not too impressive when you first enter, but soon enough you will see why it has such a massive vibe. The bartenders are very skilled and between making drinks; they love to play the symbol to create a musical atmosphere. Some nights they also have Salsa dancing!

Pretty pricey, but great atmosphere - sadly this restaurant has closed after 16 years.

Cafe Pacifico is great for any social occasion/party, however probably not an ideal location for a romantic date as it can become busy and quite loud. We bring our interstate friends here and they absolutely love it. Fajita's are the stand-out favourite and getting to build your own is fun. You'regiven plenty of different fillings to choose from including cheese, sour cream, quacamole as well as the meat of your choice so you won't go hungry. The sangria is great too! They have an extensive tequila list and there's a pretty cool area by the bar. This place gets jam packed on Friday & Saturday nights so be sure to make a booking.

Solid Mexican food and party venue (you won't get through dinner without at least three renditions of 'happy birthday'). Come here if it's a tequila drinking kind of night. Pacifico has a genuine happy, loud, party vibe. If you want sophisticated or relaxed, go round the corner to Stanley Street.

Mexican food is ok. Margaritas are better but you're forced to order food, can't have just drinks.
