Cafe Palazzo, 180 O'Connell Street, North Adelaide

I have been travelling around Australia for quite some time now, dinning in at some of the finest restaurants and experiencing the tastes and wonders that chefs have given to me throughout my time. All my life I have been a big fan of Italian food, especially pasta. I have just recently dinned in at this restaurant, I ordered a main pasta dish, as I was not expecting five star quality food, I was just out for a nice dinner to finish of a nice hard working day. I received my meal as if it was taken out of a can, it was even worse then a can of pasta to be honest. the pasta that I had did not even have sauce to go with it. when I thought things couldn't get any worse, I had my drink served as if they were left in the sun for a day or two. in conclusion, I will not be eating from this restaurant ever again nor recommending it!

Well, they had good pizza, I had ample time to savour a slice of my brothers since everyone had finished their meals by the time my oversized chicken parmi arrived. Sadly it wasn't worth the wait, dry and bland with its chips blackened by the flood of balsamic vinegar leaking from the wilted salad. Overpriced and substandard.

Looks like an upmarket place, but when inside feels like it's trying to hard. Food is the same - chef is average. Coffee was average, a little bitter maybe
