They basically don't want to serve you food. I had two consecutive bad experiences: 1 - Went in to get a hot drink but there was a minimum amount required for EFTPOS usage so after they started making it I had to cancel the order. From memory I think they did have a sign but very small to find and read. Very inconvenient in a very busy corporate park. 2 - Went in to get some pasta take away. I told the guy at the cash register that I wanted to take some pasta away. As soon as I said that the guy laughed at me like I was some kind of moron and told me that I had to go over to where the pasta was and make an order there. Then I replied back to him that I thought people make orders where the till is. Then he said that he would serve me in a minute. One second he says I'm not gonna serve you here then completely makes up his mind then says oh I'll serve you. What a clown. I seriously have not had bad experiences like this in a food outlet. Every single time I went in there just to buy some food, I had to walk out empty handed. That guy has no brain to work out how to run a cafe and every time I think of that place it reminds me that bloody McDonald's down the road offers much better service. That place is garbage at its best!
