0/3 The supervisor here (8 Dec 2012) rang up a $50 note as a $20. She refused to acknowledge any possibility of a mistake, and was very rude both in the shop and during a later phone call. She did not attempt to resolve the problem which she could have done by checking video footage or by "closing" the till on the spot and doing a count. Very poor attitude.
