Dodgy practices I WOULD NOT GO BACK and I DON"T RECOMMEND YOU GO EITHER!! I would have loved to find that these guys are trustworthy and honest as being a girl, good trustworthy mechanics are nearly impossible to find. Needed a replacement tyre and also wanting a spare tyre for my small car. Did my research and this place was the closest to me and cheapest for my tyre. The Continental tyre was I got was all good as I knew exactly what I was getting as I had doen my research and gotten a quote. I wanted a cheaper tyre for my spare tho. The owner Steve agreed to order in a tyre but would not tell me what brand of tyre he would get in for me (I guess so I couldn't do any research on it!) I thought that was really strange and asked 3 or 4 times. However he just kept reassuring and stating over and over that it would be a good tyre at a budget price. He quoted $120 which sounded abit dodge as a budget tyre is around $80. However since the tyres on my car are so expensive and good I thought maybe the spare tyre would be a more expensive budget tyre. I went into pay and Steve said what sounded like $121 when he said how much I owed. I wasn't going to complain about $1 more than quoted so I paid with my credit card but then when I saw the receipt it was $129 so $9s more!! He gave me a Hifly tyre, which google tells me is a cheap china tyre and it has some bad reviews. Also it's about $75. I'm so disappointed as I also purchased a Continental tyre and wheel alignment from Steve at $385 as well as the $129 for wanting my spare tyre replaced. So I've spent quite abit of money here and did not expect to be ripped off in this disgraceful way.
