Capitol Regent

Brought a bottle of wine with us and got charged $30 for glassing fee. Not going back.

Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I ordered 2 vegetarian dishes to go, only to discover that both contained meat when I got home. When I called to complain, they said to come back to the store to prove my case. Then when I got there they refused to refund my money or make me new food because "I got what I ordered" and "didn't specify I was vegetarian" even though I ordered food that was off the specifically vegetarian portion of their menu. Worst costumer service of any facility I have ever been to and will definitely NEVER being going back again. What a waste of money.

It was the worst experience I've had in any of the hundreds of restaurants I've been to in 10 different countries (including developing nations). 2/3 of our food was inedible. We bought 3 dishes at an average price of $15, and only one was fit for human consumption. The "Sizzling Steak" arrived as a raw beef stir fry. And I mean raw, not even sealed on the outside. The Sweet and Sour Pork was so overcooked it couldn't be chewed. We returned to the store to complain with the food in hand, and were refused a refund. The staff were rude and incompetent, and tried to charge $116 for a meal which actually worked out to be $60, but only $20 of that was able to be eaten.

The food is great and you get decent servings and the restaurant is well decorated
