Car Clinic

After taking my vehicle to car clinic, i was so impressed with the quality of work and friendly advise that i recived from the staff at car clinic i would not hesitate in recomending them to all my friends and family. Well done guys finally a mechanical workshop you car trust!!!!!

I booked my 2002 Mini Cooper for a service in here this week after purchasing a discounted on-line deal. When I called to make the appointment the person over the phone after seeking my car make and model, didn't bat an eyelid (so to speak) and booked me in. I told him there was a few things wrong with the car that I also wanted to have looked at and repaired (brake sqeeking and loss of power)... "no problem". When I turned up to drop the car off I was met with resistance from a different man at reception. He said it was the first Mini they've ever had at the clinic and seemed displeased that I was trying to give him business. I was grunted at for not having my on-line deal printed out even though there was nothing in the term and conditions to do this. When I started to tell the man what was wrong with the car so they could investigate and quote additional cost, I was met with MORE intensity and unwillingness. I had to outline that I was trying to give him money. He said a mechanic would call me throughout the day to quote for repairs. I didn't hear from them, just a text to come pick up the car and $88 additional cost in parts (I was told of additional charges so that was ok). I had a pretty poor customer service experience here and now I plan to give my money to another mob. It's pretty clear with the other genuine reviews that these guys are backyard operators and you better not come back to them if you have a problem because you'll be told it's your fault. Take some bloody ownership. A complaint is the customer's way of saying "I'm giving you a chance to fix this" and scalding them in reply comments does not shine any light on your customer service skills or integrity. Disappointing to say the least.

The worst mechanic I have ever been to in my life. I bought a coupon one of those websites for $39 for $500+ of values, I went there and basically need to pay extra to get the serivce done. When they started on my job they told me my car has sooo many problems and basically I need to spend over 1000 dollars to fix it. I got second opinion with another mechanic today and he said my car is fine and only need some minor adjustment which cost less than $100. DO NOT GO TO CAR CLINIC. They dont target at retuning customers they just rip you off as much as they can. AND THEY CAN SOUND VERY CONVINCING but do not trust them.

A garage to avoid at all costs. Had four LPG conversions done over a period of several months. Three of the four had significant problems. When problems arose it was always my fault e.g. was told that a mixer was completely blocked because of dirty LPG and charged for a service that brought no improvement. Took the car to another garage who found the mixer to be perfectly clean. A friend had a similar experience. I would not believe anything I was told by this garage and have now found a garage that is honest and competent. I have been driving LPG powered vehicles since 1990 and this is the worst LPG garage I have ever experienced.

I am very happy with the repairs and service I received from Car Clinic recently. My friend recommended Car Clinic to me, as he was impressed with their service. After having my car serviced by them for the first time over a month ago they actually found and repaired a problem that I was having with my car for over two years. This problem had been attempted to be fixed by others and was never fixed properly. I have also found that my car is now running so well and I have better fuel consumption. I don't normally take the time to give praise but felt the need, as it is now a pleasure to drive my car.
