Castello's Daisey's Hotel

Both my wifes and my meals were pretty average. My pepper steak tasted more like mushroom and my wifes salt and pepper calamari lacked flavour and looked like fish fingers.

Keep getting spammed by this hotel - have contacted them and their advertising people to no avail - they told me that it will stop - it has not - very poor service

Daisey's tends to be really hit or miss. My kids love it (there's an indoor playground), and if you go for lunch on a weekend or during the week when they're not busy the food can be very nice. Go when it's busy, though, and you're in for a long wait to get your meal. Some of the meals are, frankly, overpriced for what you get, but others are quite reasonable, so choose carefully. Also note that it's not very wheelchair-friendly and there are steps all over the place in the actual restaurant. Technically, they can seat you in an area which is mostly level by using a special lift they have to get you past the steps, but if you have someone in your party who only has bad knees or a bad hip or similar (as we have in our family), unless they want to stand on the wheelchair lift and you're seated in that area, they'll have to brave anywhere from two to many stairs to get to the table.

Waited over an hour for our food. by the time the last 2 meals came out, everyone else had finished eating. when they finally did come out they were cold.... had to be sent back. Manager didnt seem to care. Will not go there again. Very hard to access, with pram / baby. Too many split levels
