0/3 Will not be coming back here again. No hot water, can't access swimming pool before reception opens, elevators need service, doors squeak. Looks great on the outside big let down once inside. Not happy Jan.

3/3 Central West End Apartments was my choice of accommodation for my recent business trip to Brisbane. My apartment was quite nice, quiet at night and very clean. I did however find that the hotel staff were quite rude, except for the young gentleman who I often saw working on reception. Without fail he always said hello and was the only helpful staff member when I was seeking clarification regarding some details about my reservation. Overall I had a pleasant stay and will definitely return.

0/3 VERY DISAPPOINTING. I paid $185 for a studio room through wotif but then found the same room advertised for $119 directly on their website. They would not let me change my booking when my client wanted to change my itenary. The whole experience has left me frustrated with the hotel and the wotif booking process. In future I will use wotif as a search engine, but always double check and book directly through the property.
