Buyers stay away. I felt compelled to write this as I had a bad experience dealing with centrecom online orders. There wasn't any sort of communication or status updates whatsoever for more than a week after I confirm my orders. It leaves me wondering are they actually in business. They force me to file a PayPal dispute and never again will buy from them again.

Returned my computer, that they built, for repair after it failed - 3 months pass, with no contact initiated by themselves and never returning calls when they said they would. Only to have them finally return it to me with more broken parts than it was delivered. Will never shop there again.

Centrecom, dirty store, unprofessional company, poorly trained staff, very inflexible, amazing they are still around

The worst experience I could possibly have from a store I used to love shopping at. What a Shame!! Not only did their system allow me to place an order online.. it took my money when the products weren't even in stock. They then didn't even contact me to let me know that there was no ETA on my product. I then asked to swap the laptop on at store due to delays and the urgency in the laptop. After all this.. they said I would get my refund in 1-2 working days.. and that still hasn't happened.. cut your losses... don't buy from these guys... such a waste of time...

This is for the technical department , 2 - 5 working days, in some cases however longer delays up to 10 workings can be experienced", 11th working day today still nothing i called, was put on hold 5-10+ minutes and when i ask whats the go with my computer, im placed on hold for another 5 minutes and then told " you're are top of the list to be looked at". then i call back the next week and am told that they have a shortage of technicans... like seriously who the **** takes on a job if you dont have the staff to do it? im a carpet layer by trade if i am sick or dont have enough guys to do the job in the time im given or have said i will do it in, i dont take the job on.... so why take the job on installing 2 computer parts to my computer if you dont have workers to do it in the time given... and here i am still without my comp... LIFES GREAT.. said no one ever...
