Chalet Motel

This would be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in - the room was adequate but the service was crap- when we arrived to check in at 3 in the afternoon the door was left open with the key in the door and a jug of milk sitting on the bench? Each time we left when we returned we had no where to park the car. We stayed two nights and where under the impression we where staying in a serviced room unfortunatly this was not the case. The beds where not made just pulled up, our dirty coffee cups where left on the bench and no new milk or coffee was left and our wet towels left on the backs of chairs as we had no where to hang them. The beds where very comfortable and the aircon lovely and cold so not all bad. Would be better to not advertise things that are not true
