Chapel Bulk Store

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and products you could imagine. Sold me an overpriced fridge, then when his budget delivery man was delivering it he dragged the stainless steel fridge on his ute and scratched the whole front door, banged it up the stairs. It's very damaged. The manager said he'd replace the door. I've called over 10 times and he never answers. I've been in 3 times and been told to call back on Monday when he's not busy (with the 1 customer in the store). The lady also gives the same answer. He then offered me a $50 refund when I went in but said i'd have to call back to discuss it. Then doesn't answer again... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DODGY STORE, I bought a dryer from this store, they kept playing around with delivery time, they delivered it 10 days later than what they promised. Then, they were supposed to install the dryer on the wall but they didn't do it because the technician was very old and he couldn't even lift it, then I tested the dryer it was not working, i kept calling them to remove this and return my money, but they are not doing this and now I have to go to customer affairs, very dodgy business. About that positive feedback, i need to say, people do not bother to leave a feedback unless they are frustrated, desperate and disappointed from a product/business, so do not believe that, because that's obviously bogus.

DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. This place is a joke. There a no prices on any of the appliances. We bought a fridge off him with a 12 month warranty and within a couple of months we had problems with it. We have called him and never answers. When he does he makes excuses as to why it doesnt come under the warranty. It is such a joke! He sent a man out to come look at the fridge, we were charged $65 for the call out fee and the man arrived with a safeway shopping bag as a tool box? dodgy!!!

I recently visited Chapel bulk in search of a new refrigerator for my mother. She is elderly so did not want something too complicated to use. After being offered a generous discount, I walked out after buying a fridge for her, but also one for myself as well as a washing machine. Being treated with respect and receiving honest advice has left me with all but positive feelings about Chapel Bulk, and I will most definitely be going back there! All appliances have been in our homes for 8 months, and are in perfect condition :) I have read a few reviews below about people having issues, however our products have been nearly faultless. We did have one mishap with my fridge when the light bulb wouldnt turn on, however we called the manager (I think his name is Kevin) and he straight away sent someone to come and fix it, and all was well within 5 minutes. My mother loves me a tiny bit more now!

Sold us a washer and a dryer. The washer is leaking everywhere and the dryer doesnt work at all. Of course you dont find out until its delivered because you dont do a test wash in the store do you. Shonky.
