Charles Pharmacy

An excellent community pharmacy. Staff are great and helpful. It can take a moment for scripts to be supplied, and when they are ready, staff take the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Even supplying additional associated information. Going to the same local pharmacy also meant at tax time I could get statements from them. When they haven't had an unusual item in stock, they order it in immediately. It's fantastic to have a local business that cares about, and builds, a relationship with their customers. Plus, it's darn handy having the post office in there. I wonder whether we would have that service if the chemist wasn't there.

Just called up to see if they were still open. The pharmicist said they were closed but still said I could come down if it was for something quick. Went down, and even though it was after hours the pharmicist was incredibly helpful and friendly. Very proffesional service. Completely satisfied, and feeling grateful for their assistance.

I have gone to this pharmacy on many occasions and the staff are absolutely delightful. I found them happy and very informative at all times, the pharmacist himself is excellent and very helpful, very detailed in his conversations and is easy to understand. I like the fact that he recommends different products of medicine simply because it's cheaper for the customer. I love the fact that they are open until 7pm on weekdays - especially when I finish work at 5:30pm :D

Staff are rude, and pharmacist insanely lax in doing absolutely anything. Have attended numerous times and been astounded by both the turn around time of getting served, and receiving prescriptions. They have also decided to charge for the service of certifying documents, regardless of how busy they are. I will not attend this pharmacy ever again.
