Choices Flooring Moorabbin

I went in Choices Flooring Moorabbin a couple of weeks ago the sales consultant spent about 45 minutes going through all my carpenting options, the sales consutant ws excellent he was very friendly and patient, I went to a few competitors and at 2 of them i wasn't even approached at all. I'd defenitely recommend choices moorabbin.

My family and I had my carpet installed in my home on two occasions by Choices Moorabbin. The price was fair, great customer services and professionalism. The job was exceptional, completed on time as requested and my overall experience on both occasions was great. From start to finish, the staff at Choices Moorabbin made things very easy for my family and we highly recommend them.

The installer was very good at what he did. all in all the place looks great, the quality is great and choices did a great job to work with me to get what i wanted at the right price. they beat everyone else quote.

I have had my home and office done by this store and the service was great, sales man turned up on time and was very polite. In store service was also very good i was given advise which im glad i took and was very happy with the end result. I have since recommended Choices Moorabbin to many of my freinds and family and all where happy, I would not go anywhere else for my flooring needs.

These people are revolting. If you are thinking of getting new carpet or flooring, go elsewhere. Our new carpet arrived wet - had been transported on the roof of a van in the rain. Was taken back to be dried out. My wife rang to complain and request new carpet, salesperson called her an idiot and accused her of having marital problems. I rang, complained, asked for written guarantee of carpet's quality on installation. Salesperson refused. Carpet arrived next day to be installed, still wet. Finally, after carpet installed, harassed daily for payment by completely obnoxious staff, obviously couldn't give a hoot whatsoever about our experience with the company.
