The dinner service at encore is slow and the food is terrible!! The staff are rude abduction unhelpful!! Stay away!!

Lighting and cleanliness inadequate, service not good, bad food at restaurant... And badly organized staff...

Never been, no intentions of going. tried to contact relatives touring from uk, hadn't seen them for 30 years + staying at this totally inadequate place, three phone calls met with the same response, "no one of that name is staying here" one final desperate effort, guess what? "they checked out this morning" good job there wasn't a fire, because obviously they don't know who is staying at this probably over priced hovel. i wonder how many degrees the highly intelligent staff, including management have between them. the worst part of this debacle is that i probably won't see these relatives again before either they or i pass away. THANK YOU citigate.

The price of Citigate Perth is very reasonable through Wotif. The major problem with this hotel is the air conditioning. It works how it wants to with no logic. It has three modes. 1. Does not work at all 2. Blows cold air all the time even if the room is freezing. This happens even when set to full warm 3. Blows hot air all the time even if the room is very hot. This happens even when set to full cold. Nice staff but would not stay there again until the air conditioning is fixed.
