My experience here at City Subaru I am afriad measured up to the "cliche" that is car sales. I had a very informative initial conversation with Alan Holmes, we discussed many options and settled on a WRX, pricing was agreed at $42000 for any vehicle other than Black. I called back up to sign the documents and confirm purchase, all of a sudden there was denial of the offer, but he would be happy to do something around the $43000 mark. This person, along with the Sales Manager are total liars. What I didn't tell Alan was I always record conversations where pricing or negotiation is involved for this very reason. I refuse to send this info to the dealer as it is obviously rotten to the core. I have since placed my business with Melville Subaru with a honest and reliable sales guy who did not go back on his promise. These guys destroyed the first rule and most important thing when buying anything, "trust" there are better deals around and even if you get a good one here I encourage you to take that deal somewhere else and get them to match it. Shame on you City Subaru, shame on you Alan Holmes. Personally trained by me, John Hughes tag line. Well john you have issues here so please address your training

Absolutely ridiculous advertising campaign with that silly overly sexual brunette and her husky purr voice with folk music playing? Just SILLY! Doesn't motivate me to buy a new car at all.
