Coburg Aquarium

This is one of the best on line aquarium for live fish deliveries. So far, I have had three deliveries to Sydney, and each time the packaging and water temperature were perfect. All of my catfish, butterfly fish and shrimp did survive. Highly recommended!! Many thanks, Barbara

They stock a good variety however it's literally impossible to get any assistance. After visiting the store just about 8 times I still find it really difficult to get any customer service. The pricing is dearer compared to other pet store supply centres.

I visited Coburg Aquarium just yesterday after not having visited for around a year, and I must admit that they have improved a lot. The last time I visited, they had diseased and dying fish and reptiles missing toes living on newspaper (as somebody else mentioned). Although the staff can be a little unresponsive, and although they still keep bettas in little jars, it's good to see that they listened to the reviews on here and seem to have improved the quality of care for their reptiles and fishes. Unfortunately, their plants still aren't all that good, but I guess they're more livestock-oriented than plant-oriented. Overall, a very good range of products but Service could still be improved.

I Read the reviews, so today i paid a visit,Went into the fish area two guys working there i walked around for 10 minutes but they where simply to busy to servr me so i went over to the counter and stood there after a few minutes the guy served me,Then i had to go back into the shop to find a lady and a guy talking to each other so i stood there waiting to be served,After a couple of minutes i spoke up and said "excuse me"then they served me when i arrived home the two Angels have fin rot(The light in the aquarium was very dull)and i also had boght two plants at $10 each by the time i took all the dead leaves of there was hardly anything left..My advice STAY CLEAR!!!!The range of stock was fantastic apart from the fish that i purchased And the service was hopeless i truly felt like i was putting them out i was simply not welcome and i have never felt like this before in any shop
