0/3 I have stayed in Comfort Inn Lakes Entrance for the past 3 years. The place WAS reasonable and value for money. Things have changed now, the place looks and fees run down. One swimming pool and spa close down for maintenance and the other spa you need to run to reception every 30 min to turn hot water on. occasional hot water in the apartments, rubbish from previous stayers was swept under the the beds. Towels were not changed in 3 days we stayed. One BBQ not cleaned for long time and the second not working. I will be looking for new accommodation for my next stay at Lakes Entrance...

0/3 The complex was very noisey, paid for servied room, had to ask for clean sheets and towels so I could do it myself, not once did they ask in 3 days.
