My Microsoft keyboard failed after more than a year and they replaced it with a new one quickly. Didn't expect such a good service based on other reviews here, so decided to write this as the first thing I will do my new keyboard.

Professional and quick service. The staff seemed to know what they were doing and most of the parts are as cheap as i could find. Would recommend.

A Waste of Time - The service is absolutely pathetic, the stock they carry is fine,knowledge passable, pricing ok - but the people skills of these entitled and arrogant staff is beyond poor. I actually made the mistake of giving them a second try.... my bad NEVER AGAIN.

Always friendly, always helpful. Great location, easy to get to. If they do not have the part, are very helpful in ensuring you got your item or give you several helpful choices. Would not go anywhere else.

Recently tried them and have mixed feelings about their service. After placing order for an item which was showing in stock I got message form them saying that funds from my credit card could not be cleared because of a security issue on my credit card. It sounds very bizarre to me as I have been using credit card for years and never came across such issue, when asked them for a reason got answered that it is security issue and they can't give any explanation. To me it looks like that either their systems are dodgy or the item isn't in stock and they are trying to find a way to turn this around. Finally, I cancelled the order and still waiting for confirmation of it. Won't be trying this mob again.
