2/3 I took my nan to Connect Hearing after she complained that her current hearing aid wasnt working (and she never used it). Turns out she was right, the people at Connect Hearing determined that her old one was poorly built and it just broke down. We ended up buying a new hearing aid specially calibrated for her and she can hear again, yay. I dont have to yell anymore!
