0/3 The lady behind the counter was more interested in continuing to look at her computer than offering assistance. An enquiry met with an almost 'I dont know' as she quoted what the product was about but that was the limit of her knowledge - she could have used the computer to source more details I am sure and won a sale or two. I was willing to spend but not after her lack of customer service.
