0/3 Cressbells cleaned my suit jacket and returned it to me with a shiny section where it appeared the fabric was heat damaged. After I pointed this out they offered to clean the suit again despite acknowledging another clean would not remove the mark. Any suit not in immaculate condition is worthless. Cressbells refused to replace the suit even after acknowledging their cleaning had caused the mark. This may not be the general experience by others, but it angered me enough to post this review. Next time my dry cleaning will be done elsewhere in Ballarat.
