I asked for a straight external wash - the obnoxious sales guy get pushing for a much higher cost wash - so I left to find a less obnoxious place. I'd recommend finding somewhere else

NYLON BRUSHES AT WORK!!! This carwash, in case you didnt know it, uses nylon brushes to wash your car. I found this out the hard way..my car was badly scratched with vertical, multiple scratch marks on the passenger door, right through the clear coat. The manager who said his name was Rajish (actual name is Sanjay) refused to accept that this had happened. he offered to buff out for $50 the panel. The large thick nylon brushes are kept in a laundry tub, and there was plenty grit down the bottom of the tub when he showed it to me.Easy to see how the scratches occurred, Not the slightest bit embarressed or apologetic, He said."They must have happened somewhere else" Refused to accept any responsibility whatsoever. BEWARE!!!!
