2/3 Walked in 10:30am in the morning, it's pretty quiet.. I am a city boy so have to remind myself places are like the CBD. But I will say the coffee is good.. It's actually a little more expensive,, I think they should knock the prices down by 50c. The only negative was as a T/A customer is wasn't easy to work out what other breakfast items they had.. the specials could have read better.. I'll go back next time I work from home ;) Rating based on coffee.

3/3 Always seems to be busy at Culinaria which I guess is always a good sign. I'm not a local but had a luncheon meeting and throughly enjoyed the food, ambience and they do make a good coffee (and I'ma bit fussy on coffee
