Cyclery Northside have a friendly team of knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff who love to ride bikes. They show great attention to detail through a customised approach when providing advice on bikes and accessories, connecting riders to the local riding communities, workshop servicing and sales that is relevant to a customer's objectives and budget. And they don't make me feel like an idiot just because I can't name exactly what every single component on my bike is and it's function ;) Thanks for the monthly ladies-only rides! There's an emerging community of women out there giving it a go, which is great to see.

Northside Cyclery also 'Specialized' now has provided me with beyond excellent services with my new bike! I am very new to bikes and I decided to pop in after work just to check out a few bikes I was thinking of buying...A bloke named Mike asked me if I needed any assistance, I told him what I was looking for, and without hesitation, he told me everything he knew about Specialized bikes, and even got me on a test ride on one of their store bikes! And I decided to buy the bike the following day! I was very impressed with their customer service and I am yet to return there very soon to pay off the last installment for my new bike! I highly recommend this bike store! Amazing customer service and support! I only wished they had a wider range of Bike accesories e.g helmets...apparell...etc. They have heaps of bikes though!

Apart from the owner who is a bit of a quack, its a great store with great product. Sure its pricey, but if you get your bike serviced here you get 10% off purchases which usually makes the trip worth the while. I do believe the mechanics here do a good job and if you have more money then you can poke a stick at, you will love their clothing range...thats not me!:-(

I have recently just upgraded my road bike for the first time since i took up cycling 2 years ago. These guys know what they are talking about and are happy to take the time to talk and give you the right information. They are not about making the biggest sale they are about fitting the right bike to the right person. Speak to Geoff, great guy!
