3/3 I have had two fantastic dealings with the Customer Service Team at Darebin. I emailed them to report dumped rubbish on our nature strip (and IN our bin) on two separate occasions. Both times they were extremely helpful and the problem was resolved promptly. Huge thanks to the lovely staff. Particularly Maria and Melissa.

0/3 Staff members are rude. One went so far as to say they only deal with the problems of owner-occupiers, not renters. No rush in cleaning up dirty areas, even when dirty syringes are near play equipment. Seem to have a strong anti-child/family policy. They have confirmed they don't have a sunshade policy, ludicrous in this day and age.
