After deciding on the arrangement I wanted from the site, I called to confirm they had the flowers in. Once I got there, just before all the stores closed, on the eve of valentines day, I was told that there website isn't really their site, and that they would actually charge me over $200 instead of the $113 quoted in the site. They took no responsibilty for what was on their own site, and had no remorse in messing someone over on the eve of valentines day. I understand prices go up on valentines day, but be upfront about them - like every other store I saw! This bait and switch will lose you a lot of customers.
