0/3 Saturday afternoon - called to ask if they stock computer power supplies. Young girl says 'yes we do' and asks for specs. I said we'd bring it in and match up our with one of theirs. My wife arrives at Dick Smith Southport only to be told that they don't sell them! Same girl says she didn't tell me they did. Another FAIL - DICK SMITH SOUTHPORT! We are busy people and need correct information. If you don't stock power supplies - just say so!

0/3 Saturday to buy an iPad 2. was ignored by the two young ladies chatting to each other for 5 minutes. There was one other customer in the store - then the manager walks right past me without any acknowledgement I was there. Now buying directly from Apple store and will never shop there again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DICK SMTIH SOUTHPORT YOU FAIL.
