Poor is a huge understatement! Never, Never, NEVER book with these people! I bought my Mother and I a treatment package as a mothers day gift. We had to book a long way in advance and in the interim we lost track of when the appointment was, so I initially called over 2 weeks ago to get the date but there was no answer so I left a message to call me back. I got nothing, then a week ago I got Shingles and so tried to call again to see when the appt was, still no answer, and then again this morning, both times I left messages. I called again this afternoon as I was sure we were getting close to the date. This time someone answered and told me that the appointment was in fact this afternoon and I forfeited my voucher because I didn't give 24hours notice! She then tried to tell me that I had left no messages (RUBBISH!!) and then that I may have but someone had already called me back (RUBBISH!!) After seeing other reviews, they are clearly just in it to rip people off! BEWARE!!

Buyer Beware! Awful experience. I purchased what I thought would be a relaxing treatment . When I saw the old warehouse where I was supposed to have a relaxing massage and facial, my instinct told me not to go. I went anyway because I had already paid. This is not the environment where one would expect to be spoilt and be rejuvenated. You walk through a big old dusty warehouse before being led into a treatment room that was put together back in 1970. The therapist didnt check the temperature of the paraffin treatment and pushed my hand into boiling hot oil. I told her it was too hot, she continued anyway. The therapist with ugly tattoos all over her feet was giggling and whispering to another therapist throughout my treatment. This place is a joke. So unprofessional. When I emailed management I got what I expected...Nothing! Don't waste your time or money - horrible place, unprofessional people. Those who say its not that bad haven't experienced a legitimate spa. Google them and you will see so many other horror stories. DIRTY.GRUBBY.HORRIBLE.

I bought a pack of 10 cavitation vouchers as they were on sale and the deal seemed great. I had done this treatment before in other places and all of them would take measurements and photos and record them so you would see the size loss after each treatment. But at Do Nails Do Beauty they did none of that. I asked if they would do it and she said it's not what they do. The machines were old looking and made none of the same sounds or gave the same sensation that other machines from other beauty technicians have used. It seemed to heat the skin and that is all. So I took the liberty of measuring myself after the first session and during my treatments. At the end of my 10 sessions I had lost no size! After expressing my disappointment, they said I just needed more treatments. Since then I have been going to another lady in Forest Lake who is great, and she told me that she has had at least 20 clients come to her expressing their disappointment with Do Nails Do Beauty. She said even one lady wants to start a class action suit against the owner because they refuse to give money back for unused treatments. Big warning about this place. Do not go here for cavitation treatments! Seek other reputable places.

This place is fine, I have brought vouchers from this salon and its such a bargin i would rather pay $49 for a body scrub, mud wrap and massage then $280 at other salons. The girls are very nice! they use great products, for me personally it dosent bother me what the outside of the building looks like! The rooms are just normal salon rooms as like other salons, so its fine peolpes stress less and have a body treatment with these guys as the price is perfect when your on a budget!

The worst experience of my life. This is a 'warehouse' not a beauty salon as they lead one to believe. Have safety concerns. Treatment also left me with severe pain and bruising not normal!!!!!! Would stay away.
