Made a booking for 18 people. Things started of ok but when we started ordering our meals the waiter told me there was no eye filet left or rob eye. He the apologised and said the rib eye was available, when the meals arrived I got the scotch fillet. When I enquired as to where my rib eye was they told me they had sold out. Not once was I given the option of selecting another meal. We ordered chips and had to send them back as they were way over cooked. My friends ordered the graziers plate, it's basically an expensive plate of onions and capsicums cause that's all you really got. Another friend ordered a side of potatoes, they arrived after she had finished her meal. Very disappointed, never going back - thanks Dock 31 for ruining my birthday dinner.

It took them 20 mins to bring me the jug of water i asked for and to then take our orders. After ordering it took another hour to get our entrees out. Restaurant was barely full, there was a group of 4 beside us that were there before us and they hadn't even got their mains yet. Food was bland, ordinary. Way over priced for the shocking service and foul food. To top the night off, when the waiters asked how the night went, i was honest and said it took long to get the food and they offered a discount. While returning the receipt she thought she'd be nice and give us some Baileys to say sorry. The waiter spilt the Baileys all over my girlfriend and ruined our night. Was refunded. but would not recommend this place to anyone.

Sunday 26th May 2013, decided to stop in with a work colleague for a couple of coffees. Was seated, served an average latte but was ok. Went off to pay, told that two small coffee's would cost me $11.00. After queering the price another waitress stated the cost would be $7.00. Happy with that I used the toilets only to be told I was undercharged and the price was $11.00. Asked why this is to be told because we were seated when having the coffee there is a surcharge of $2.00 per $3.50 normal coffee price. What a joke, at no stage was I informed that being seated incurred additional costs. Even when queried they could not show any indication of any mention of a surcharge. Paid the money but will never return and will make mention of this pathetic approach to everyone I know. With this attitude its no wonder they cant make a go of it in the Docklands. Left a message for Flavia the manager to call me to make my feelings known but to date no response. Its not about the $4.00 surcharge, its about the non-disclosure and subsequent arrogance. I highly recommend you DO NOT attend this establishment under any circumstances. What a disgrace.

Great food and atmosphere, but a little pricey and the service was terribly slow.
