Had my king size duet waterbed for a year now. Best purchase I've ever made! Had it delivered and installed professionally with a beautifully made headboard. Extremely comfortable (i will never go back to a normal mattress) and zero issues so far. These guys know their stuff and i'd definitely recommend them and their beds for the best night's sleep available! Darren

Good Day, to those who read these reviews. As the owner, I want to put this record straight. I am refering to the google user above, who's name appeared a year ago is "Howard". This was at a time when reviews had name labels. My correction response was somehow deleated. How, I do not know, but what I will say is, this reviewer/competitor gave themselves two positive reviews, strangely at the same time with the same google account name. Furthermore at that time we never had any customer or proposed customer by the name of "Howard" for months around this time Suspiciously, there was a "Howard" working for the opposition then. More again we made proposed customers aware of the potential dangers of using waterbed heaters illegally with gel bed, as some other waterbed companies have done across Australia. This created more competitor hate to me because he could not sell illegally heated gel beds to you, the public. I was creating awareness to keep you safe as authorities would not. However just reciently a competitor was visited buy electrical authorities for importing waterbed heaters without Australian standards approval. So obviously this company will try and discredit others on the web or verbably to gain market share with lies and half truths. So please keep the above review in perspective with what I said. So from the above the only conclusion is, that this is competitor hate mail designed to discredit. others Unfortunitely I hear this happening a lot across the net. We try our hardest but no business can keep everyone happy, just look at politics. Please also be aware there is a flood of FULLY made chinese waterbed bladders and non approved heaters from other countries now starting to flood the market. These companies who in the past bagged chinese bladders on their web sites and who also sell Australian products as well can sell you FULLY made chinese bladders. So ask if these bladders are fully made in Australia. If you don't, what you ask for may not be what you get. As in 2012 case where I was able to get one of these chinese bladders 4 months after it was installed because of faults. I pulled apart the internals for evaluation and found that this imported bladder has soft cheap baffles. There was no floatation in the baffles to make them float and also the baffles were internally tied to the bladder. Some other manufactures/suppliers tried to do this up to 20yrs ago. The idea of attaching baffles to a internal lug to prevent baffle tangling is good but the drawback was when bed movement during sleeping over time weakened the internal lug causing leakage underneath. We at Dreamlover manufacture wave reducing bladders for 13 years now. We obtain the best outers and then we enhance the product with baffles that are far more resistant to breaking up in pur upper class of bladders. Please be aware that when we seal the bags into wave reducing bladders, our seals are twice the strength of the material the bladder is made from. We have our own warranty as you can view on our web site. Unlike any other manufacturer in Australia we mark our bladders with non removing text on the bladder skin that has information on the Source, Phone number, specs, date of purchase, length of warranty so no paperwork is required. This is not the case with other manufacturers who have stickers and tags that can be removed. I hope this helps to clear up lies, false information, half information that circulates in the waterbed industry and any other industry.
