I had appoint with them for test drive and when i arrived at their office they told me that they have sold the vehicle, they didn't have courtesy to inform me.

I had good experience with Duncan Nissan so far. I bought a used car from them and they were very helpful in sorting out all little things with the car at no extra cost. The car was also priced very competitively.

Had my Maxima serviced at Duncan, I'm very disappointed. Rude staff, even their managers at service department was a wild rude person, and I think I was overcharged. I'm not sure about their staff at their sales department but I definitely do not recommend you to get cars serviced at Duncan.

Bought my Mazda3 sp23 from Duncan Nissan 7mths ago for $16k, last week because of circumstances had to move back to NZ. All I got offered was $8k. How can it devalue so much in 7mths. It was still in mint condition! I felt their reasoning for such a very low price unreasonable, they knew I was going back home and took unfair advantage of the situation. I would not recommend these guys to anyone!! No wonder car sales people have such a bad rap! As I was leaving I looked back into the showroom they were all having a great laugh, I"m sure it was at my expense!! Has anyone else had a similar experience? DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!

I had my Patrol serviced at Duncan Nissan a few weeks ago and had a fuel supply issue looked at at the same time. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. The problem was diagnosed and then tested and then a fix recommended. Peter Harrison in particular provided me with exceptional service. He made sure that I knew at every stage what was happening and where the guys in the workshop were at with my vehicle. In the end the problem was resolved at a fraction of the cost I was anticipating. That not the only reason I decided to write this review. I believe in giving credit where its due. I'm extremely happy with the service and would highly recommmend these guys to anyone needing their car serviced.
