So how does this work? I bought a wardrobe from Early Settlers at the Northland Homemakers Centre on February 12. I was about to get my van and load it on when they explained they didn't actually have any in stock, and it would have to be delivered to me - at an extra cost (delivery fee of $80). But, as the wardrobe was popular, I'd have to wait until March 18. March 18 came and went, no wardrobe. I called them and the ship had arrived but no wardrobes, so I would need to wait for the next shipment... only a few more weeks... so I called them today, and apparently "The ship has sailed..." it should arrive in a few more weeks. I explained that I thought it was a pretty poor way to do business, but they explained there were a lot of other people waiting as well. I could have a refund if I wasn't satisfied...
