0/3 Avoid this place. Go to Nicol's Motors in Elizabeth Bay - they're far more honest and reasonably priced. I started taking my Mercedes here a few years ago and regretted it pretty quickly. I had knocking and a lot of movement in the steering wheel. TWICE they told me that had fixed it, but after a lot of money, no improvement. They also tried to charge me for all sorts of other things that either weren't fixed or were poorly done. Despite his friendly attitude and obvious knowledge, the guy is a fraud.
