This class was great. The instructor was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The certificates were printed out and passed out in a matter of minutes after the tests were graded, which was very nice. Overall, this course was quick and easy and I definitely recommend it for anyone needing an RSA certificate.

Excellent training session. Course trainer was very friendly and interactive with the class. Helped engage students with the topic and issues at hand. I've been to numerous OHS trainers and most cases it's either boring or in a room with a video - but his thourough and interesting approach made this the most enjoyable and informative session I've ever attended.

A great way to go through the tedious business of getting a certificate that makes such a big difference in the hospitality industry. The instructor went through the course content efficiently and as quickly as possible, with a warm and friendly approach, answering all questions and giving examples of how you actually need to USE your RSA, instead of just helping you pass a test. A must do for working in hospo.

We did the White card and were quite impressed with the really friendly staff and the great attitude of the young lady at reception. Highly recommend this business. convenient location too!
