Excellent service. Thanks to Electrodry for a great job when they cleaned our carpets once again this year. We have been customers for about three years and have always been pleased with the results but this year we were very impressed. Unfortunately, probably because I changed my mind once Nick arrived about the number of rooms to be cleaned, I did not notice until 2 1/2 weeks later that one room had been missed - our carpets are never disgusting hence the oversight. I contacted Grahame not expecting much joy and was absolutely delighted that within 24 hours an appointment had been booked and our remaining room was cleaned perfectly without any fuss. As a result of this excellent service I will be booking electrodry within 12 months to do another clean. Thanks for your professionalism and willingness to provide excellent customer service.

Terrific all round service. I organised Electrodry to quote and then clean at my workplace. The whole experience with Grahame and BuDoh from Yass has been exceptional. No complaints what so ever. We have a two story building with lots of furniture and was wanting the carpets and some chairs cleaned during the Christmas break. Nothing was a problem. We have had many carpet cleaners over the years and not only was the quote cheaper but BuDoh did a far better job. I will definitely be getting them back for each clean. Thank you Grahame and BuDoh.

Electrodry is very reliable. They have an awesome cleaning process.I have my carpets done every year and my carpets come up perfect every time. I would recomend them to anyone.
