I bought a four door fridge about one year ago, and had a clip break recently at the bottom of the fridge door. I rang electrolux service and spoke to a lovely lady there not sure of her name, but she was very helpful and told me she would send the small part out for me and I should receive it in a couple of days. Well to my surprise the part showed up the next morning. My husband put it in and all is well. Your service is second to none. It is nice to deal with a company that knows the meaning of customer service for a change. Thankyou so much

We bought a washing machine after a week we had to call for a repair and we were concern that this will not last for long. The technician came in 5 working days he did the replacement for the door locker and then we were happy with it for another 13 months then we had the main board stopped not working. I believe this is to much to get repaired during the one year 2 times. Add to that the receptionist always rude. Not recommended at all.

April 2007 we Bought a front loading Electrolux Washing machine EWF1090 in 2007.....do the maths......we opted for an Electrolux on the basis that we thought being close to a thousand dollars it would be a quality machine that would last. Even paid $99 for the extra 5 year warranty (but found out earlier this week that was 5 years including the 2 years manufacturer's warranty the warranty company now claims.....and will take days to find and check the fine print). So I went ahead and booked a service call for today because not having a washing machine doesn't really work well in modern life. Service man came out today and gave me a quote of $332 to fix two parts (door lock which is working but he says is overheating and causing the main board to fry, which means the main board is fried and needs replacing so needs to replace both to get it running ........so he can then check the rest of the machine and see if there is anything else wrong. So a thousand dollar Electrolux front loader washing machine lasts just over 5 years then needs more than a third of the cost of the machine replacing to check if it needs any more repairs. Yeah we are less than thrilled! Might as well have bought a cheap second hand machine or the cheapest disposable rubbish from some cheapo company and just replaced it if it broke down. Would have been cheaper up front and cheaper long term. And we'd have a washing machine when we needed it.

The service from Electrolux was actually very good but unfortunately I have given the poor rating due the time it takes to get someone from the recommended service centre to firstly assess the machine and then install the parts. In my case took over 3 weeks from my first call. Ridiculous.
