My car broke down this Saturday afternoon at Homemaker Centre in Hoppers Crossing. I was by myself and not being local to the area, had no idea what do. I noticed Elite Service Centre across the road, they seemed very busy with lots of cars outside but I figured there was no harm in asking if they could help me out. The guys gave the best customer service I have received in a long time. They put everything aside and immediately prioritised getting my car going again. 20 minutes after breaking down I was back on the road and on my way home! Wish there were more places with the same high standard of customer service around my area in Geelong. I will definitely be taking my cars here in the future regardless of the distance. Cannot recommend Elite Service Centre highly enough!

Many thanks to the guys at elite service centre i was referred by a neighbour who has there 4 cars maintained by elite,my current holden captiva developed a transmission problem just out of warranty the dealership informed me that the transmission required replacing at a cost of $4800,upon speaking to my neighbour he told me to book the vehicle into elite for a second opinion,i left the car in the morning and received a phone call in the afternoon saying that there was a faulty solenoid with the transmission and it would cost $440 to repair ,i could not believe it,i have been taking my vehicles to dealerships for many years and am now wondering if the thousands of dollars i have spent were necessary,i would like to thank elite service centre for there honesty and excellent customer service my captiva is driving like new,will definitely be going back.

Finding a decent Mechanic that wont rip you off is hard these days. Elite Service Centre are Excellent !! They are Extremely friendly, offer Great Service and Trust with my car 1100% , without the worrying of a young apprentice hooning in my car while on a test drive like these bigger chain stores like abs,kmart T&A etc. They have been in the game for a long time, are Knowledgeable and Honest. Will always take my car here now !!
