I have ordered a voucher from them as a gift for my friend for her birthday. The voucher has never been received by her, what's more, the girl I was in contact with suddenly stopped writing back when I informed her about the matter. So, in the end, I looked stupid in front of my friend, and never got the money back. So unprofessional and rude.

I have been there twice and had an amazing experience each time. I found that consultants to be so nice and knowledgable. I have many beauticians closer to my house but perfer to travel to go to this salon. The Oxygen Facials are amazing!

I'm disgusted with their service, snobbish attitute and lack of professionalism. I went in for a manicure and was shocked at what they call a manicure! - My nails/hands were not soaked in water. - Back cuticals were pushed back, but no work on the side cuticles or getting rid of old skin around nails. - A little bit of filing, but very quickly. Not fixing up cracking/breaking nails - I don't think she understood what BUFFING is. There was about two or three strokes back and fourth with an old buffer. STILL had lines on the top of my nails!! - Used an undercoat - that's at least a good thing - Two coats of polish that was OLD and STREAKY. She said the streaks were due to the colour. OK, then! - Top coat - again, another good thing - NO DRYING. And off I went. Not to mention that she mocked those asian nail shops.. I've been to those asian nail shops and their services are 100% times better than what I received today. I will never go to Ella Baché again.
