0/3 Once this company has your money, they don't know you. don't think about follow up service here. everything is overpriced, as well. but that's typical of all the electronics stores. but once retravision sells you a product with one promise and when it doesn't work, they can't help you and refer you to the manufacturer. heck, i could have gotten on google and begun searching myself.
