0/3 Horrible customer service. I called the Embassy of Myanmar to check on the status of my visa (I had sent my passport to them four weeks prior) and the woman who picked up the phone was AWFUL. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She had an Australian accent and was definitely not from Myanmar, which is probably why she was so ill-bred and crass. All I wanted was an update (which I didn't get!)
